This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand everything you need to know about the what, why and how we gather your data, process it and protect it. What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Voluntarily-submitted information
We may collect personal information from you, such as your name or email address, from comments you leave on our website or when you subscribe to our newsletter.

When you apply for one of our Journeys, additional information we collect include your age, gender, nationality, residency, phone number, emergency contact information, passport and visa information (where required), criminal record check (where required), travel medical information (where required), travel insurance details, flight booking details to ascertain pick-up & drop-off timings, nutritional preferences, trip evaluations, travel and accommodation preferences, and any comments you provide us.

For those who apply for employment purposes, additional information we collect is your CV/resume for the purposes of being evaluated and considered for the offered position.

Automatically-collected information
We automatically collect certain information about you and the device with which you access our website. For example, we will log your IP address, operating system type, browser type, referring website, pages you viewed, and the dates/times when you accessed our website. We may also collect information about actions you take when using our website, such as links clicked.

Cookies
We may log information using cookies, which are small data files stored on your browser by our website. We may use both session cookies, which expire when you close your browser, and persistent cookies, which stay on your browser until deleted, to provide you with a more personalized experience on our website. Newsletter
On our website, you may subscribe to our newsletter, which may be used for marketing purposes. All newsletters sent may contain tracking pixels. Mail Chimp – this service is used for delivery of email updates and newsletters. We store your name and email address for purposes of delivering such communications.

At this time, your personal information is not shared with any other third-party applications. This list may be amended from time to time in our sole discretion

We store your data is a secure database using ‘https’ technology and access to your personal data is password-protected. Only our company's staff has access to this database. We do not store sensitive data such as payment card information on our database with all payments being processed directly through the card processor. We regularly monitor our system for possible vulnerabilities and attacks.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.

You can also request that we amend or update your personal information.

Data Deletion

If you would like to request the deletion of your personal data that we have collected, please follow the instructions below:
