Kristin has been traveling for as long as she can remember and even when she was just a young girl growing up in rural Ohio, she always wanted to explore more and more, beyond the farthest horizon she could see. Flash forward a few decades, she has been lucky enough to build up a life for herself that has allowed her to work and live in different parts of the world: Auckland, Hong Kong, New York City, Prague, Delhi, and Mexico City.

Her desire to learn more about the world around led her to earn her Master's degree in geopolitical studies and a teaching certification in history, which makes her a great asset at pub quizzes! Besides traveling and history, Kristin adores petting stray dogs on the streets, eating delicious vegetarian food, and meeting new people from all over the world.
